2. Description of Service

Education Nepal provides free study resources for Class 10 (SEE) and Class 11 and 12 (NEB) students in Nepal. Our services include:

• Past exam questions, answers and other study material
• Explanation videos from YouTube
• Links to external educational resources
• IOE entrance practice, a community forum and a Buy & Sell board

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Education Nepal for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Website

13. Buy & Sell Listings

Buy & Sell lets students list their own books, notes and study gear for other students. Education Nepal only displays listings: it is not a party to any sale, does not handle payments, and does not check or guarantee any item, price or seller.

• Only list items that you own and are allowed to sell. Pirated or copied material, and anything illegal, is not allowed.
• Buyers and sellers deal directly and at their own risk. Meet in a public place such as your school or college and check the item before paying.
• Listings expire after 60 days. Listings reported by several visitors are hidden, and we may remove any listing without notice.
